Roading Excellence Awards 2012
Roading New Zealand is delighted to extend a warm invitation to delegates attending the MAIREPAV 7 Conference to join them at this year’s Roading Excellence Awards Dinner on Monday 27 August at The Langham Hotel in Auckland. The awards celebrate leadership, innovation, excellence and best practice within the industry. The Minister of Transport, Hon Gerry Brownlee, together with Awards sponsors will present the Awards.

About the Awards
2012 will be the eighth year of the Roading Excellence Awards, which is managed by Roading New Zealand – the industry representative body for a wide range of contracting companies whose core business involves building and maintaining the country’s roading and land transport infrastructure.
The competition is open to all organisations that administer roads, such as the New Zealand Transport Agency and local authorities, as well as contractors and consultants. Entries must be a road or pavement that vehicles drive on, or is used by pedestrians, including sports and race tracks, and airports. Marks are awarded in areas such as leadership, excellence, collaboration, innovation, results, and the benefit to the sector.
